Return / Exchanges Procedure

If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return you, will need to contact us via email at hello@eclecticatelier.shop within (7) days of delivery.  In the email subject, you must write: Return/Exchange Order EA#00000. You can find this Order Number on the Confirmation Email sent when purchase was completed. 

Once we receive your Return/Exchange request, we will evaluate your request and respond within 3 business days. If your request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the merchandise. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no store credit will be issued.

Once the goods are received by us, we will issue a store credit for your purchase price, and a 10 % restocking fee. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees as well as any taxes or expenses in order for you to return the product. You bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment (other than when returning non-conforming merchandise) and as such, you are advised to obtain appropriate insurance.
